What you will be doing

  • Develop and refine Salto's narrative and positioning in the market
  • Define and segment target audiences and personas and develop customized messages that will resonate with each of those personas
  • Plan and execute the go-to-market strategy for key product and feature releases, including messaging frameworks, packaging, content and sales enablement
  • Support the creation of compelling, engaging sales collateral for client meetings and conferences, including sales decks, pamphlets, case studies and talking points
  • Analyze the competitive landscape, map and track competing solutions, and articulate Salto's differentiation and competitive advantages
  • Generate product-related content for blog posts, email newsletters and the product section of the company's website
  • Engage with and contribute to industry and private Salto communities and forums

Skills and experience

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Product Marketing or Product Management role in companies offering SaaS solutions
  • Exceptional writing and copywriting skills, with specific experience in developing narratives for technological products; Ability to translate complex ideas into simple and intuitive communications
  • A proficiency in creating sales collateral such as slide decks and case studies, as well as content marketing pieces such as blog posts and email newsletters; A strong ability to communicate messages through visual concepts
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

Preferred qualifications

  • A strong understanding of the economics, business dynamics and marketing models of SaaS businesses
  • An engineering degree and/or background
  • MA or MBA
