Product Manager

Who we are looking for 

• You feel very comfortable brainstorming deep technical questions with the dev team
• Your rationality is strong and you can easily explain your thought process and mental models
• You enjoy thinking independently, doubt our current direction and pursue uncharted ones 
• You can easily switch between high level and very granular challenges

What you will be doing

• Collaborate on defining our long term roadmap and short term milestones
• Spec and own product areas in tight collaboration with the dev team including our configuration language and multiple tools and services
• Develop expertise in multiple business applications to inform both large and small decisions
• “Get out of the building” build relationships with potential customers and users and validate hypotheses

Skills and requirements

• 3 plus years of coding experience as backend / fullstack / DevOps, to this day or ending in the last 5 years
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew
• Experience in technological leadership positions, such as product and engineering (inc. DevOps)
• Experience interacting with teams outside Product/Engineering and with users/customers
• Experience in defining and analyzing product analytics
• Experience speccing products, ideally in collaboration with designers
